In order that the objective of the Zoning Ordinance may be fully and equitably achieved, the Zoning Board of Appeals has been created to secure the health, safety and welfare of the public, provide a competent interpretation of the Ordinance and ensure that justice will be done. The board provides adequate, but controlled, flexibility in the application of this Ordinance.
