The City of Boyne City is partnering with the One Water Development to operate their top of the line 24 slip marina as a public marina for the 2010 boating season. Public dockage is available for rent at 19 out of the 24 slips seasonally, monthly, or daily. The marina also provides over 250 ft. of FREE broadside shoppers' dockage on the outside T of the floating wave attenuator and also closer to shore beyond the finger piers for smaller vessels.

In addition to the marina, The One Water Development is home to a new lakeside European bistro restaurant with inside and outside patio dining and a scrumptious chocolate shop...and if that isn't enough to tempt you, you are within walking distance to many other dining options, shopping central and cool art galleries and regular downtown community events. At the end of the evening take in one of the best attributes northwest Michigan has to offer, it's unbeatable sunset views from either your boat, the end of the dock or the adjacent park.

The One Water Marina is located at the far east end of beatutiful Lake Charlevoix, just to the south of the opening of the Boyne River. We have been fully operational and hosting guests since Memorial weekend. Slips range in size from 45 ft. to 80 ft. with power (30 & 50 amp) and water.
